About:China Train

Airport transfer to Train Station in Shanghai or Beijing

What is the transfer process and time between Beijing intl. airport or Shanghai Pudong and the local train station with D train fast service to Zhengzhou, Henan Provence?

Is it convenient to do with luggage and a family of four? Taxi, Bus, Shuttle? Any help would be really appreciated! Approx. Costs?

From Beijing to Zhengzhou, the trains are departing from Beijing west train station, which is around 36km from Capital Int'l airport. Since there are four persons, it is better to take a taxi, which costs around CNY100 and takes about 1hr. And all the trains to Zhengzhou from Shanghai are leaving at Shanghai train station in Zhabei District. You could take the airport bus line 5 or taxi directly, which costs approximately 1.5hrs.
