financial level in beihai

i saw a tv programme about beihai,and really i like this city,i am dreaming one day will go there to live,i would like to pay my own house,but i don't know the fianicail level there,is it high or low?what about the jobs,are they easy to search,and the salary? thanks so much for answer me

As reported, the average price of house was about CNY5100/㎡ last year. It still has a raise this year.  There are many job opportunity in Beihai. It depends on your interest and ability.
