financial level in beihai

i saw a tv programme about beihai,and really i like this city,i am dreaming one day will go there to live,i would like to pay my own house,but i don't know the fianicail level there,is it high or low?what about the jobs,are they easy to search,and the salary? thanks so much for answer me
