Do United Kingdom. and Australian passport holders need a visa for china

Where can they be obtained in Vancouver and at what cost

Yes, United Kingdom and Australian passport holders still need a visa for China. They can apply for visa from China Consulate in Vancouver. The fee is CAD 50 for single entry visa per person.
