Passport is divided into diplomatic passport, official(service) passport and ordinary passport. If he hold  Belgium diplomatic passport or official(service) passport, he doesn't need a visa to China for less than 30 days visit. If he hold Belgium ordinary passport, he needs business visa to China for the official meetings. The requirements are: 1. his passport 2. one passport photo 3. completed visa application forms V.2011A and V.2011B 4. invitation letter from the official meeting organizor 5. round-trip flight tickets booking.
