About:Taiwan Weather

Can I know the Taipei weather on 1st week & 2nd week of September? What should i dress?When have typhoon?

In sep, is it good weather for shopping?

Yes, Sep is the typhoon season here, so you'd better pay attention to the weather forecast. During nice days, summer shorts will be ok. Usually, the summer grand sale is from June to August.
