Marraige Certificate registration in China !

Hi... I am a Nepalese citizen married to chinese Girl. We have got our marriage registered in Nepal but not in china yet. Is it mandatory to get it registered in china or just submitting my Nepalese Marraige certificate to authorities in china will do ?
