the delay of the result for my z visa.. is it deny or approve?

recently i passed my papers for my z visa and last may 11 i have an interview in embassy.. they said that i need to wait a call for the result.. but until now there is no call... i f i go in embassy i waste money for no sureness... i need only the call if i am deny or approve.. thank you.. urgent reply please..
