About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Reasons to Deny a Z application

I provided all work visa documents to embassy. Employment License and Z Invitation letter. What ways can it be denied?

Actually, the consular officers have the final say to your application. They make the decision and even deny applications without any explaination. Nothing we can do if application gets denied.

They said "Beijing" declined it.. Who is Beijing?.. Can i reapply as they're active work documents?

Have you got both the work permit and invitation letter for Z application? I think Beijing is the place where you are going to work, right?

Maybe you can have a try to apply later at another consulate, or use an agent for application if possible.

Does it mean I should tick "No" to if i've been refused before? I didnt even need to pay consular fee. Can they check ?

My invitation letter was issued by the Foreign Affairs themselves, can't they order the embassy to give it. The documents are legit.

I don't think the Foreign Affairs Depatment will do it. The Chinese embassy or consulate can decide to give someone a visa or refuse their application and then they needn't explain anything.

As others said, you may try to apply at another consulate or ask an agency to help you. However, they won't promise they will help you apply successfully too.
