How to reach Macau Maritime ferry terminal from airport with luggage at 11 pm

I am travelling with family (4 adults) to Macau in July 2011 reaching Macau from Bangkok around 2130 hrs. I have to go to Hong Kong (TST) immediately thereafter. I think I will take Turbojet ferry from Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal. Shall be grateful for answers to the following:
1. Should we take bus AP1 or some other bus or should I take a taxi - what would be the approximate fare?
2. How long would it take to complete immigration and check in procedures at the ferry terminal
3. Should I purchase the ticket in advance and what would be th best way to do so?
