About:Marriage Registration in China

What are the jurisdictional rules of a Chinese marriage application?

If I marry my Chinese partner, what about my possessions in Holland. I do not like they go to my Chinese partner, because they testamentory belong after my death to my Dutch children. My partner and I like to have Chinese possessions are her's and Dutch possessions are mine. But Chinese marriage law told me, half is mine and half is my partners. What have I to do

Oh, you'd better find yourself a lawyer for detailed procedure. As I know about China marriage law, the property you own together should be divided up. But for property before marriage, it belongs to the owner only.
