what are the requirements for a tourist like me travelling to Hong Kong?

documents to show at the immigration gate...

like hotel accomodations,
disney park ticket reservations
destinations

You need to show valid passport, return plane ticket, hotel reservation and financial certificate at the immigration gate to Hong Kong. Sometimes, the hotel reservation and financial certificate are not checked.
