About:Map of China Provinces & Cities

i would like to go to Xinjiang province from guangzhou.i have a one entry visa to china.

..how can i get there from guagzhou? by plain or train?how long?

A one entry visa is fine for you to go to Xinjiang from Guangzhou. You could travel by air (5.5 hours).
If by train, you need to make a transfer, say at Zhenzhou or xian, for there is no direct train from Guangzhou to Xinjiang.
