Can I apply for a visa to China with an official letter of invitation?

I have an official letter of invitation from my business associate in Shenzhen, China. With this letter of invitation, can i apply for an entry visa to China?

Yes, you can try to apply for business visa to China by using this official invitation letter.

First, you need to make an appointment with China embassy in Abuja or China Consulate in Lagos by showing the official invitation Letter.

Second, take part in an interview and submit application on the appointed date, if you fails the interview, the application will be turned down; Submission of fake documents may result in restriction in entering China in the future. However, to pass the interview does not necessarily mean that the applicant could finally get a visa.

It takes a few months to get a China visa for the whole process. It is really hard for Nigerians to get a China visa
