It is not a good advise for you to apply Hong Kong visa in Iran, you can ask your daughter to apply for Hong Kong visit visa for you through the Immigration Department of Hong Kong Government, if she gets the Hong Kong visa sticker, she can send it to you. It is complex for you to apply Hong Kong visa through China embassy in Iran.0
