Do I have the option to get China visa on the same day upon applying?

I am Egyptian working in Qatar as Pharmacist. Going to Shanghai to attend CODHY conference

Consular Section of China embassy in Qatar will be closed from 8 to 26 May to reconstruction project of office building.

OFFICE HOURS of Consular Section
Sunday Tuesday Thursday
8:30 am -- 11:00 am

PICK - UP
11:00 am -- 12:30 am

You can apply visa May 29 (Sunday), May 31 (Tuesday), June 2 (Thursday)
Therefore, the time is so processing, you can ask for same-day collection service or express service. It is possible to get it on the same day of applicaiton.
