How do confirm a ticket purchased on CTRIP for a China Southern Flight?  This can NOT be done through China Southern website.

Hi, you can confirm it on China Southern Airlines official website with the e-ticket number and your passport number. Or, you could make a phone call to its service center to confirm your ticket directly.
