About applying my working visa?

Hi! Good day! i want to know if i can apply my working visa in Chinese Embassy in Cebu although i live here in Luzon. It's just happened that my husband and I will have a vacation in Cebu that's why we have decided to apply my working visa there.

If you live/reside in Luzon, you should submit your visa application to Chinese embassy in Manila. Chinese consulate in Cebu are not able to accept and process your work visa to China.
