I am Australian citizen being permanent resident of Canada. I live in interior of BC. Can I send my Australian passport, passport photos and application by registered mail? I want to go to China for one month commencing beginning of November 2011.

Please be noted that the Consulate in Vancouver does not accept straight forward mail-in application. Those who wish to apply for Chinese visa by mail or courier need to send the applications to their clients or travel agencies in Vancouver to submit the applications on behalf of the applicants.
