Transport from Xinyuan Hot spring Hotel to Haikou airport

what is the best mode of transport to airport from Xinyuan Hot Spring Hotel and estimate fare?

From this hotel, you could walk along the Haixiu Donglu for about 5 minutes to the Civil Aviation Hotel at Mingzhu Square, and then take shuttle bus here to Haikou Airport directly. The fare is CNY15.
