chinese passport

My daughter is holding a US passport, but she forgot to turn her last chinese passport in 5 years ago, can we turn in now to cancel her chinese Hu Kou?

You can't cancel her Chinese Hu Kou in USA. You need to go to place where you registered the Hu Kou of your daughter to cancel it. Just show her USA passport. When she joined USA nationality, she lost her Chinese nationality automatically because Chinese government doesn't recognize dual nationality.
