Residence permit

I am married to a Chinese national who has permanent residence in the UK. We have a home in China in which her mother lives and she has two brothers also in China. Would it be possible for her to go back home and for me to get a residence permit?

Thank you

Your Chinese wife can go back to China, but I don't think you can get a residence permit as a spouse because your wife has Permanent Residence in UK. If she lives in China and didn't get a Uk Permanent Residence Permit, it is possible for you to get a residence permit as a spouse. Now, you have to find a job in China, then get a work visa to China, at last, change your work visa into residence permit within 30 days after entry.
