visiting visa for china

i am indian doctor working in maldive ministry of health as a medical officer .i graduated in 2010 march from xinxiang medical university ,henan province ,china now i wana go to china for attestation of my medicine degree from saudi embessay beijing is it possible to get visa from maldive for china and return to india after attestation of my degree bcz i resign my job and directly want to go china on visit visa then return to india please help me my email id yahoo.com|eqbal_ahmad24
