houhai lake

Question

I would like to ask how far from wangfujing road where my hotel is to Houhai lake bar street?What is the best time I should  go to this area?Thanks in advance,

It takes about 15 - 20 mins in taxi if the traffic isn't too bad. Night time is good for bars. Or if you enjoy a bit sunshine while enjoying some decent coffee on a roof bar, late in the afternoon would be just lovely.
