where to ask if the divorced paper of a chinese national is true?

Hi,

I'm having a relationship to a chinese national, and we are planning to get married here in the philippines, but before he is married with one daughter. He already shows me his divorced paper but of course i can't understand it because it was written in chinese. Until now, i'm still doubt about the divorced paper, can you help me please what and where should i go so i can confirm if his divorced paper is not fake.
