I think the best way is to take the bus directly from Shenzhen Airport to Hong Kong. You can find the bus at Desk A08 and B04 in the Arrival Hall of the Terminal Building. The bus fare is CNY90 and it takes about 75 minutes . It runs from 09:30~21:00, every 30 minutes.
