About:China Visa

how to apply china visa?

my boyfriend is an australian, he wants to visit me on may 15th,. he has been to china in June, 2009. but this time, china embassy did not give him the visa. so he can not come. It is very important to meet each other for both of us. so i want to know, how to help him to get china visa. without visa, he cannot come. and the agency in australia told him, he can not apply for china visa now. he must do it after six months. we can not wait. i want to know how to get china visa immediately?

Yes, as an Australian passport holder, he can apply for a China visa in Hong Kong. The visa processing there takes 4 working days, express and rush service are also available if he needs to enter China in hurry.

Did he overstayed in China last time? But if he was told not to apply China visa for the next 6 months by the embassy, then, no one can help but follow them.

First of all, thank you for you reply.:-) No. he never overstayed in china. He was rejected by chinese embassy,then he called the travel agency to ask for help. The clerk in the travel agency told him not to apply for that for the next six months. One of my friends says, he can come to Hongkong first, then from Hongkong he can apply for china visa again, i am not sure weather we can did so. If anybody knows, please tell us what shall we do.
