China business visa in Qatar as a temporary visitor

please also let me know what kind of document require for apply china business visa for romanian who has only visit Doha for business trip. (business visa).

According to China visa regulation, you need to apply for China visa in your home country or the third country where you reside and work. Anyway, you can try to submit your visa application to Chinese embassy in Qatar. They will consider your case if for different condition.
