how can i reach beihai from wuzhou by train

Can someone tell me how can I reach Beihai from Wuzhou by train (or from Shenzhen by plane)? The most comfortable and economic way, for sure. Thanks a lot.

There are no direct trains from Wuzhou to Beihai. By train, you have to make a transfer at Nanning. But direct coaches are available by costing around 7hrs. From Shenzhen to Beihai, one flight ZH9925 is operating on each Tuesday and Saturday which takes about 1hr, but no direct trains are available on the route.
