At Macau Ferry Terminal, there is a ferry to Guangzhou Nansha Port at 15:50, taking about 1.5hour. There is also one ferry from Macau Taipa Terminal to Guangzhou Nansha Port at 11:45. The bus fare is CNY180/adult.
