Transport between Hongqiao airport and Pudong airport

How I will get the bus from Hongqiao airport to Pudong airport for taking the connecting flight within one and half hour? Is it very far between these two airports and how long I will take if by bus? Any free shuttle bus provided for the indirect flight air passengers? How much if I take taxi ? Your urgent reply is much appreciated. Thanks.
