What is the ex-pat community like in Quanzhou, Fujian or in Jinhua, Zhejiang?

I've been offered a job to teach a Canadian high school program at both these places, but have never been and was wondering how expensive it is and what the lifestyle is like for a foreigner.
Are there many ex-pats?
