what is the ex-pat community like in quanzhou, fujianin jinhua, zhejiang?

I've been offered a job to teach a Canadian high school program at both these places, but have never been and was wondering how expensive it is and what the lifestyle is like for a foreigner.Are there many ex-pats?Thanks.

I didn't know any ex-pat community in Quanzhou. Well, Quanzhou has a middle level standard of living. Usually, CNY2000 is OK for one month. Anyway, it is up to you. It depends on your life style.
