I would also like to go to Shenzen besides Shanghai. What sort of visa will I need now??

Thank you for your reply re: visa. However, there is a slight change now to my itinerary. I would also like to go to Shenzen besides Shanghai. What sort of visa will I need now??

You still need a single entry tourist visa to China. Both Shenzhen and Shanghai are in Mainland China, a single entry visa is enough for the trip.
