Hong Kong SAR Passport

I am a Hong Kong citizen and a Canadian permanendt resident. I live in Vancouver, Canada now. I am still holding my Hong Kong SAR passport. It will expire in early 2012. My questions are:

1. Can I renew my HK SAR passport in the China Consulate in Vancouver or I need to go back to Hong Kong to get it renewed?

2. If I can renew my passport in Vancouver, what is the address and contact phone no. of the China Consulate in Vancouver?

3. What are the documents I need to bring with me to apply for my passport renew?

4. How much does it cost?

5. How soon I will get my new passport?
