hello i am sri lankan now i am in India i need visit in china can i apply Single-Entry visa to china

Nationals of Sri Lanka are not allowed to apply for individual tourist visa to China, you have to join a tour and get a group tourist visa to China.

If you have India residence permit or work permit, you can call the CVASC in New Delhi or Mumbai to enquire it.
