Do you mean Wuzhou to Shaoxing actually? Wuzhou is in Guangxi, while Shaoxing is in Zhejiang. The two cities are far from each other, and no ferry between then. If you plan to make a China tour, you can book it through travel China Guide, the largest China tour operator in China.
