About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

one year multiple entry visa

Dear all,

I want to get a one year multiple entry visa. As far as I have been told I should be able to get one without any problem aslong as I have been to China at least 3 times in the past two years. Wich I have. But the problem is how do I proof this ? Or does the embassy just check the immigration records? My old passport has all the visas in them wich also would be able to proof it. But that passport has no empty pages anymore. Right now I am waiting for a new passport to arrive before applying for a visa. So what should I do ? Make foto copies of the old visas?

Also on the website of CVASC it says if you want a visa for longer than a year you need to have a doctor fill out some documents. Is this really necesarry ? Because i dont really have time for this.

many thanks

No, sir, visa officers will not check the immigration record. You need to provide China visas and copies on your old passport. Bring with both your new and old passport when submit your application to Chinese embassy. And if you will stay in China for more than 6 months, you are required to provide a Physical Examination Record for Foreigner issued by the Belgian hospital.

thanks a lot HELPER from Canada for your clear advice .. so if I instead ask for a 6 month visa I will not be needing the doctors advice ? and maybe also no need to proof my stays in China ? or does this rule also apply to the 6 month multiple entry visa ?

Yes, you are right. If you apply for a 6 months multiple visa to China, then, no physical examination is required.

Mr.Lambert, no physical examination record is required even though you apply for 1 year multiple entry visa, the physical examination record is required for aliens who apply for student visa or work visa, it is not required for 1 year multiple entry.
