About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Is it necessary to provide address for stay in China on the visa application, if address is not known?

You can write the address of hotel where you will stay in China on the visa application. If you don't book hotel in advance or don't know where to stay, you can write N/A on the application form.
