About:China Customs Declaration

In a few weeks I will visit Hong Kong.
Recently I had a kidney transplant and I am taking a very large number of tablets every day,
What should I do to avoid Custom problems?
Please advice,

Mr I.g i suggest Just bring along with you a medical certificates and doctor prescription and if possible to be aunthenticated by the hospital and also maybe from your embassy as well, just my share my experience, i have a lot of medicines with me, i have diabetes, and a o lot complications, went there for medications.
