About:Chinese Embassy in Spain

Hello, I'm a US Citizen working in Spain with a NIE.

I am traveling to Thailand June 9 and from there to China. Do I need a Visa to enter China? If so, what documents do I need and how long does it take to get a Visa?

Is there a Chinese Embassy in Andalucia?

It is also possible for you to apply China tourist visa in Thailand.

Yes, you need to apply for a China visa in advance. And better apply in Spain where you work. There is no office in Andalucia. You need go to Chinese embassy in Madrid for visa application. requirements are your original passport, application form Both V2011A and V2011B on the top of this page, passport-sized photos and your NIE. Regular processing takes about 4 working days.
