About:Chinese Embassy in Spain

Hello,
I am a German citizen who lives in Spain (Girona).
As citizens of the European Community, I no need residence permit (Tajeta de Residencia) for Spain.
Is it enough to apply for a tourist visa, submit the "Certificado de Residencia?
Thank you in advance.

You can apply for China visa in Spain if you are exempted from residence permit or visa to work/live in Spain. Certificado de residencia is ok if any, other basic requirements are your passport, application form for China visa with photo.
