Hi there,      I would like to flight by China airline from Vancouver to Bangkok . I would like to know are there any Hourly Lounge available for economic class ( international flight), and if so , how much does it cost ? Do I have to pay in Chinease money or US dollar or Canadian dollars ?Thank you
