There is no direct train from Suzhou to Zhangjiajie. But you can take a fast train to Hangzhou first as there are two trains available to Zhangjiajie daily, which takes about 18 hours. From Zhangjiajie to Guilin, you can take a train to Liuzhou first and then change to another train to Guilin, which costs about 10 hours in total.
