I'm afraid that you can't get a China tourist visa in Barcelona. Non-Spanish applicants should provide Spain Residence Permit and its copy. Anyhow, you can have a try, 5 days is enough to obtain a China visa, the requirements are your passport, one passport size photo, filled visa application forms V.2011A and V.2011B, travel itinerary and round-trip flight tickets.
