I just noticed that my Chinese passport has expired, and I will not be able to travel to china to visit family unless I can renew it here in America. How can I renew my passport here in America? You can renew your China passport at China consulate in Chicago because Wisconsin is under its consular jurisdiction. It costs US$ 55 and it takes 15 working days. You need to submit the application in person, application by mailing is not accepted.
