How to travel from hongqiao to shangahi airport? how many kilometers away? appro how many minutes by bus? pls reply asap my sister needs to catch his connecting flight.

Do you mean travel from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to Shanghai Pudong Airport? If yes, it is about 40km between the two airports. And you can take the airport express line 1 to Pudong Airport directly, which takes about 30-40 mins.
