You can use MTR from Jordan to Central , then change to Island Line for one stop to Sheung Wan Station. As to those attractions, I suggest you go to Ngong Ping and Disneyland in one day. Wong Tai Sin Temple - Fa Yuen Street in Mongkok area for one day. Day 3, take Star ferry to Central Pier and change to bus 15 to Victoria Peak. Back to Central and use MTR to Tism sha Tsui. Walk to Avenue of Stars and watch sumphony of Light at night. Day 4, Lai Chi Kok and Sham Sui Po. Day 5, Wan Chai, Golden Bauhinia Square, causeway Bay. You can have time to see other places to maximize your stay in the 5 days in Hong kong.

For computer and play station, better in Sam Sui Po or Mongkok. You can find many places to east in Tsim Sha Tsui. Other places are Yau Ma Tei (including the temple street). There are also Aberdeen, Stanley Market, etc. In fact, I do not suggest more attractions to visit. If you spend more time in each place and have more time to see the city life, that will be better.
