For the first question, for the location is not detailed, I think you should take MTR, 4 stops from Mongkok to Tsim Sha Tsui. It is walkable from Tsim Sha Tsui to Avenue of Stars, Harbor City and Clock Tower. The Wax Museum is in Victoria Peak, so I suggest you go the other day with Victoria Peak. From Mongkok to Tai O Village, you can take MTR to TUng Chung via Lai King first. Then take bus 11 to Tai O. There is bus 21 between Tai O and Ngong Ping. So you can go to see the Giant Buddha the same day. From Mongkok to Ngong Ping, you should get to Tung Chung first and then take the Ngong Ping 360 cable to Ngong Ping. Back to Tung Chung and shift to MTR to Disneyland.
To the Peak, take MTR from Mongkok to Central and then walk 15 minutes to Pean Tram Lower terminus in Garden Road. Back to Admiralty by bus 15 and then take bus 629 to Ocean Park.
