We are from india but want to apply for permanent residence in Guangzhou, China

we are from india but want to apply for permanent residence in guangzhou china ! in the past several years we took business trip to china several times; 1 or 2 months every year . we would love to live in china, so we will buy a house, opening a company, i want to know, how, and how long time it will take, is it possible that if we buy the house after it will be much easier for applying the permanent residence? thx,
