I will recommend Wuzhen, less commercialized. Go to Jiubao Coach center (九堡客运中心) to take the direct bus from Hangzhou to Wuzhen. Wuzhen is about 25 minutes by bus to Tongxiang. Then there are many regular buses to Suzhou. From Suzhou to Shanghai, there are high speed trains.

thanks for your recommendation. can i ask you few more question? because i'm travelling alone to those cities, and i kinda worry because my chinese is not good. so i have to be well prepared.

my questions are:
1. how to get from wuzhen to tongxiang?
2. which one better, first i go to Suzhou or go to Shanghai? then from Shanghai i will take day trip to suzhou? and how long the journey from wuzhen to shanghai or to suzhou?
3. how long the best time to exploring wuzhen?
4. then i read can buy bus tour ticket from hangzhou to wuzhen for RMB 98 return trip, is it only the transfer to hangzhou to wuzhen or admission? where can i buy it in hangzhou? and can i buy it hangzhou-wuzhen-suzhou/shanghai?
