About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I will be arriving on Pudong Airport at 4:35 on 20th Apr. Do they have lounge inside of the shanghai pudong airport? I'm dying to know because I have to wait for my connection flight. It takes 5 hours. I really wanna take a shower after I get off the plane. I've called them twice, but their English were really let me down. They didn't even know what lounge is. I hope someone can help me :)

As I know , you can't take a shower.

But you can have a rest in lounge if you have VIP card.
